Yikes. Today was not a good day. I think the reason for my lack of self-control was beaing reaaaallllyyy tired and busy. I wasn't eating every 6 hours like I should have, which was part of the problem.
Brek - 1 soy smoothie
Lunch - 1 bagel (yuuuukkkk) w/ mayo, cheese, tomatoes
1 whole cup of trail mix with rice crisps, nuts, dried fruit, in
a corn syrup glaze
1 cup Pepsi
Baaaaddddd day......... Look at all those carbs. The bagel was totally my downfall. Any ideas on how to avoid a repeat of this ???
