Ms A, air-popped popcorn - 1 cup (😂 probably 10 kernels) is ‘only’ 5g. Betcha can’t eat one. 😊.

I remember going to CiCi's pizza, "all you care to eat" and seeing people with big piles of pizza crust (scrapers) as they only ate the toppings! Me, I always had a big salad to start, no mac 'n cheese pizza and skipped the brownies and other desserts after

I'm going on a cheese hiatus also. Just had my last 8oz red wax gouda (the other day) and 4oz goat cheese (yesterday), and I'm not going to buy any more!

Used a heavy bottom skillet and popped up about 6 tablespoons of kernals, and dang with a little sea salt, tasted "maaa-velous"

Ms. A that is great news. I bet it did and the measuring out is terrific idea. 💪🏼 Great job. I had a bit of cheese on my bunless burger and a small choc chip cookie last night for dinner and dessert. We all need to have a few treats. The key is to not make it a habit and choose healthier choices.

How many times have you heard ppl say ‘I lost x number of pounds this week - to I “treated” myself to ice cream sundae or something like that. LOL. We have to watch the hooks that pull us under. Keep it going Ms. A. 😊

Mozzarella was out yesterday ( son made a steak and cheese ) and the gorgeous smell of fresh thyme was inspiring: roasted elephant garlic, with fresh thyme and a soft full fat mozzarella. Wow, goood. Also tried a few nibbles of the very aged Parmesan--- this was the one scaring me to death-- was the very aged cheeses causing my knuckle pain/swelling?---- took a couple mouse nibbles..... nada!!

Bought cheese for kid s lunches but I plan to continue to avoid it for the most part.

Just kefir these last few days, small amount, like 2x the bathroom dixie cup size. No other cheeses. Hands are feeling good. Head still a problem..... as expected.

Had aged cheddar, a cheap store brand, in a twice baked potato. Will see if hands start up again. Otherwise, wondering if there is a link to the resumption of gi issues....
