Cheated A Day Before The February Challenge!
Well....the Day Before The Feb. Challenge I Stepped Off Low Carb And Ate Everything In Sight! My Entire Meals Today Consisted Of Some Kind Of Carb. I Had A Hot Dog, Hamburger And Fries, Sushi, And Desserts. Yum Yum.
Unfortunately I Gained 2 Lbs. And Tomorrow I Know I'll Gain Some More. But Tomorrow Is The February Challenge And Hopefully I'll Get Back On Track!
