Default cysts on ovaries, uterine polyps

Hi everyone. Wasn't sure where to post b/c I'm not diag with PCOS. But seem to have similar issues.
Had one of those saline-ultrasounds and they found uterine polyps and said I had cysts on ovaries, dr was not concerned about that.
Just had the polyps removed the other day and am recovering.
Has anyone had these problems and did you find eating lc help these issues?
I've been on and off the lc wagon for years and I think my yo yoing has really done a number on me hormonally.
I've always suspected that I have endo, had a lap. done years ago and they didn't find anything definitive.
Seem to always have some sort of pelvic pain or pressure, also suffer from interstitial cystitis.
Just feeling pretty down about having to deal with this crap for so many years.
I need to stick with lc this time. I start out ok, and then seem to have a breakdown and backslide.
Sorry for the rambling. I'm probably still detoxing from all the surgery meds...

I thought I had Endo too, because I have such painful periods and ovulation, but recently read that a retrograde uterus can cause those issues too.

I had some uterine polyps removed about 4 months ago, and I just started doing moderate carbs. I don't know yet if it will help as I just started eating this way. I will keep you posted on how things go with me.
