Default Sore Throat and Dry Mouth

Ok, all day I have had a bit of a sore throat. It feels like a lump in the back of my throat and I have to swallow a lot. Is this a symptom of Ketosis? My mouth has this horrible taste in it, feels like I need to brush my teeth and tongue over and over Should I be concerned?

Drink more water...maybe add a squeeze of lemon juice or steep with cucumber. I also drank a lot of flavored iced tea in the beginning. I know it seems a lot of liquid, but of the 10 pounds you lost, maybe nine was water. It will balance out after a few weeks. Did you read Why Scales can Lie? My mouth has been dry but I've never had a sore throat from ketosis. Maybe you've caught something. (Or your throat's just sore.) Hope your throat feels better soon
