Default Insulin Control Diet

Hi:

I am not currently following the Insulin Control Diet - but this is how I started out in Aug. 2000. I lost about 30-35lbs on it before I gradually switched over to Atkins. I am now exploring the Go Diet.

If you e-mail me privately, I will forward you the menus out of Ezrin's 2 books.

No We want them posted here. If you click the link on the first post, you'll see a good summary of the plan, but the section for typical menu is missing. We need to fill the gap, so everyone can benefit.

Default 14-day menus from both of Carl Ezrin's books

Hi Wa'il:

The information is in 2 Word doc files. I tried to bring up an e-mail address for you - in order to send them to you! Otherwise I don't know how to post them. The files are quite substantial!

Help! If I post here, I will be over the length that the reply field will allow me!

No problem. Email them to me (email at the bottom of everypage where it says "Contact us") and I'll convert them to text files.

Exclamation Just starting Insulin Control

Thank-you both for posting the menu list. I'm just starting, again, on Monday, and this time I am going to try the insulin control plan. I've never heard of it before, but I'm badly hypoglycemic and it may be the best one for me.

I will be getting the book soon.

I've joined the 3 month challenge started by meplus1. The thread url is: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=249598, if you are interested.

All the best,

Barb
