Default VEGETABLES ALLOWED ON Dr. WESTMAN'S DIET

Hello, I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far.
I am trying to find the illusive "page 4" of Dr. Westman's 20 carb diet plan, and I am having no luck! I watched his video where he explains the diet, and pretty much understand what to eat, except for which vegatables are ok.
Hopefully, you guys know.
Thanks in advance for any info you can give me.
Maeve

You just need carb counts but since every vegetable has a different count it's easier to try to find a carb count book, used or otherwise. To me it's much easier and faster to flip through a book.
Do you already have some veggies that you need the Carb counts on?
