Default Misidentifying Emotions as Hunger

These videos use EFT tapping and address Thinking You're Hungry When You're Not, and "I Need To Stuff My Face", and
"I THink I'm Hungry"

What is EFT tapping?
"Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused." "

I don't know about this energy stuff, but, like acupuncture, if it works or helps you then I don't worry about the theory behind it. I know these videos helped me dramatically today, not just with food.....great emotional/mental help.....

What is EFT Tapping?

Thinking You're Hungry (misidentifying emotions as hunger) - Tapping with Brad Yates

"Even though I THINK I'm hungry, I choose to deeply love, honor, and accept myelf….." also "the answer is not in the refrigerator"...."I choose to be aware of what I'm really feeling...""If it is hunger, what am I really hungry for?"

"I Need To Stuff My Face"

"Tapping Away Cravings"

"Even though I have this craving, I deeply love and accept myself" tap tap tap

Very self accepting, self loving, guilt and shame removing, true and honest.

I'm so glad it works for you! My beloved Zero Balancing therapist likes tapping; I will ask him more.

I know at least half of my own emotional eating recovery was similar brain messages I didn't know I had developed. Along with a low carb diet to handle the physical parts, I feel quite confident about laying the last of these issues to rest.
