Day 7- 100% on track and on plan
-cooked my meal today - portion controlled
- filled up on protein and lots of LC veggies
- made my own LC dessert with greek yogurt.
- my first meal was my biggest meal for the day - though I found I did not have the appetite for another meal (apparently a signal that I am burning fat in the early days of lowcarb)
- lots of water consumed
- IF 16:8
- carbs around 25 g
- didn't need to use up my 1 flex day per week so far because I feel motivated and focused.

1. Drink >80oz/day water, with 16oz before each meal.
2. Keep grams/day of protein between “ideal weight” in pounds on the lower end and current weight in pounds on the upper end (+- a few grams). Generally > about 130g/day.
3. Walk > 10,000+ steps/day.
4. Eat 1-3 meals with no snacking in between.
5. Minimize junk/processed food to a taste here and there (goal is zero).
6. Supplement to meet nutrient needs.

Day 6: A tiny bit low on protein.

100% - 0 days
>80% - 5 days.
>60% - 1 days.

Day 8 - 100% on track with my plan.
Parked further away from the building so that I could get some steps in - I was energetic!
Riding the wave of a dimished appetite by eating only when I am hungry, until this phase wanes - works well for me!

First seven days of challenge done, exercise was the one I am most proud of and the one I had to push to do on two of the days, last night I did the arm’s video workout at 8 pm, but I did it. Which is impressive to me, especially after shovelling snow in the morning.

I’m getting into a rhythm in the lessons, and am enjoying them, the water, only one day I had to finish it just before bed. The anti-procrastination, well that means things are getting done, which is great. Lastly, the under 50 grams has let me ease back into low carb, without becoming a craving monster and failing completely. This week I’m going to try and aim for under 45.

Day 10- ten days of being 100% on plan, such a good streak! I added a few rounds of doing the stairs at work today.
Kept my food low carb - it was a highly carnivore day.
Finished eating around 6:11 pm.
Another good day and feeling great about my consistent behaviour.

Water went down easy, exercise video was done just before bed (but done, yah me.lol), a lot of different little things added up to my 15 minutes + of anti-procrastination, definitely way under 50 carbs, maybe a little to much salt though.

Sorry to hear the struggle is real for you Ms A.
I know it is real.
This round I picked things I knew in my heart were doable, but would require pushing through some days.
Maybe after 6pm is too strict, maybe pick a snack time, like 7 pm, no eating after, and then 3 or 4 other things that will motivate you, keep you busy during those later hours, and allow you to end the day on a positive note.
Could I have picked under 20 carbs, no eating after supper, 30 minutes cardio a day, and nothing that would improve my home and mental state, definitely, BUT I would never succeed.
You can do this, I know you are well versed on how to succeed, I know you, like I, want to be happy with our accomplishments, and end this year healthier than we started.
Don’t give up, pick doable with perseverance! A fresh start.
Onward and downward girl!

Day 11- 100% on plan
It was very hard to stay active since I was at home but I did go out and clean up some of that snow ... that should count LOL.
Kept my food low carb all day - coffee, meat and veggies, yogurt/blackberries, broth. Let's not forget the water too.
Finished eating before 6 pm today
