243 this morning even though I had ONE bagel and 2 pouches of applesauce yesterday, well, actually in the very early AM this morning.
I've got FIVE little days until the FIRST of June. Can't believe it is JUNE already! I need to crack 242 in order to have lost weight for this month, but I SHOULD be able to do better than that. We'll see. I had a very good walk this morning, good energy and speed, 1/2 a mile plus a block or so.
