Default Getting frustrated... but maybe its me

I'll make this as quick as possible.
I've battled weight my entire life. In 1999 I discovered Atkins and quickly and easily went from 285 lbs to 225 lbs I was 35 years old. I basically ate as much protien and carb free food as I wanted and lost 60 lbs in 3 months. Gained it back in a year. 2006 Did it again, same starting weight, never goaled. stopped at 240 lbs. 2 years later 300 lbs. 2015 tried HCG lost 60 lbs, gained it back.

30 days ago May 1 2018. Started no carbs, all protien and some fat, most carbs coming from broccoli and lettuce in salads. which is basically the same thing I did the first tme. by May 9th I was down 10lbs at 292 ( started at 302 lbs.)
Today I am still at 292.. getting frustrated. Any suggestions, I can take constructive criticism, fire away.

What are your current sources of fat and protein? I'm thinking maybe a little more fat and a little less protein, but would need more information to be sure.

Things to consider: Are you taking any medications? Certain prescriptions can stall or block weight loss. Are you getting enough sleep or a good quality of sleep? How are you spacing your meals, and are you allowing enough time between meals? If you eat or snack frequently, it is counter productive no matter how few carbs you're consuming. Are you consuming anything with artificial sweeteners or hidden sugar derivatives? Usually, in the early days, there are things that can be improved. You might provide a typical few days worth of meals, and I know people will respond with guidance.

Man it's like reading my own story in a way. When I first did this WOL I was in my early 30's.. about 60lb overweight. It took a while to get the ball rolling, but nothing stopped me once it started and the weight came off. I was lucky enough to keep it of "mostly' for almost 8-10 years. However then kinda let myself go.

When I tried to do it again... and start and stop and start and stop... I swear it was 10X as hard. Any weight loss just took for ever to happen. I was kinda a "virgin" at Atkins when I did it first but also to dieting in general. The second I changed everything, it reacted like mad and lost weight. The more and more I messed around with dieting or changes to my diet, the SLOWER my system reacted.

Like I said the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around really drags.

If I might add, I am now back to my goal weight. But when I started I was strict as heck. I literally went for 3 weeks exactly as I had done the first time well over 10 years ago and I actually GAINED weight. I was so discouraged. I stuck with it. 6 weeks never weighed myself. Then I stepped on the scale and was 12 lbs lighter. Once it started it just melted off.

I blame AGE!
