Default Tea Time for PCOS

Hello to all my Cysters!

I read online today that drinking tea is really good for PCOS. I am going to do some more research on that today. I'm not sure if it's all teas, just green or herbals, but from what I read it seems like all teas are "A GO"!

I do love tea though, so this is fantastic to hear!
Just thought I'd share!

Yeah, I've read that too.
Sadly, I do not like peppermint tea. I have tried to drink it on several occasions, but it grosses me out. Apparently, my taste buds don't like to drink minty tea. *sigh*

I am drinking spearmint tea 2 times a day once in the morning before breakfast and again at bedtime. its hard to find one that's just spearmint.. I read that it helps bring down the testosterone levels and would help with the hairy aspect of PCOS.. Im so hoping this really helps

last year we had a bumper crop of mint in the garden, it is very easy to grow. I made mint tea, just pull a few sprigs off & let it seep in hot water. If you use a glass cup or pot, it looks so pretty also.
