anyone know where to buy wheat protein isolate?

Over on the lowcarb luxury forum there is a buzz about wheat protein isolate. Supposedly, the best brand of it is sold by one supplier they know of, and she does not ship to Canada. Has anyone seen it on the various internet low carb stores? Is erythritol available here yet?

Wheat protein isolate is not available retail in Canada but it's available to manufacturers in 1000 kg. palettes. The name of the site that ships within the US is locarber.com.

Erythritol is still awaiting GRAS - Generally Regarded As Safe - status in Canada.
