Default Hubby and I starting out

Hello. My husband decided last night to join me in my lc woe. It is a pleasant surprise. It's great having someone to share this with! I was eating lowcarb until I became pregnant with our 3rd little blessing last year. She is almost 1 now and I have started back again, remembering how much better I felt (and looked) when living lc. We have 3 kids under the age of 4 and have found it slightly challenging to prepare our lc meals. Any suggestions for fast snack meals, etc. Thanks to everyone for sharing. I'm learning so much.

Have you checked out Carbohydrate Addicts Diet? With little ones around that diet may suit you and your hubby a bit better, due to the fact you can sit down and have dinner with the kids and eat pretty much what they do. CAD allows you one carbo type meal a day if eaten within an hour after you start.

May take a look

Welcome btw.

Thanks for the info. I will definately have to read CAD. That would definately help with dinner preparation! Have you followed CAD before? Does it effect ketosis? Just wondering. I'm going to look for the book online right now!
