DAY 30 of LC eating

Yoga: DAY 8 of 30-day challenge video (Amazon Prime)

Arm day: DAY 1 of Resistance band workout (YouTube)
Resistance band log

Row (red+black, no handles)
Crossovers (blue)
Pull-apart (green, no handles)
Bicep (red)
Tricep (yellow)
Lat-raise (yellow, feet apart)
Arnold (yellow, feet apart)

Tomorrow: day 9 of yoga challenge and active recovery (leisurely hike with dog)

Bands used:
Lateral lunges: black
Back squats: blue
Kickbacks: red+black

Kayak and day 12 of yoga complete.

Today was an extremely active day, just go go go. Woke up early to pack for the trip. That freaking inflatable kayak is heavy. Got to the launch site and had to inflate with a foot pump and then carry it to the ramp under my arm with the rest of the gear, lol. Then paddled for about an hour and a half. Returning to the ramp it felt like my arms were going to fall off my shoulders. Carry everything back to the car.

When I got home I felt exhausted, like I would crash and go to sleep at 7pm. But after eating dinner and walking my dog I felt totally normal again! I was hoping today's yoga challenge would be a recovery day, but it was actually a HIIT fusion. Mountain climbers and burpees, boo. But I decided to give it a go and I got through it. I'm really thankful that my body is adapting quickly and that my mind keeps challenging it to go further.

The good news: tomorrow is a recovery day! and the yoga challenge is a stretching and recovery day. Yaaassss.

Nice recovery and day 16 of yoga.

I couldn't achieve the crow pose, but I will keep trying.

I don't like that I'm forgetting to log my exercise the day of, but I'm happy that I'm meeting the schedule every day.

Yesterday: Yoga day 19
Today: Yoga day 20 and upper body resistance bands
Tomorrow: Yoga day 21 and lower body resistance bands
Sunday: Yoga day 22 and kayak
