Default bread machine recipe

Does anyone have a SS recipe for legal bread that is made in a bread machine.
Most WW recipes have a bit of oil or sugar.

Default Do you have any of Suzanne's books?

There are a couple of bread recipes in each I think.

Also you can do a search on this site for LC bread. www.Suzannesomers.com has a great recipe section and it's better organized than the one on this forum.

You can always substitue an artificial sweetener for the sugar in a recipe, though I'm not sure about the oil. CarbSense makes a baking mix that is no carb and you can make bread from that but it's really pricey!

And don't forget to do a plain old web search on Google or some other search engine. There are a gazillion great recipe sites out there for low carb and even specifically for Somersizing.

Default How about this one?

I'm sure you can make this in a bread machine:

For the molasses you can substitute flavored SF syrup from Davinci ( http://www.davincigourmet.com/ ) or molasses flavoring from the grocery store and an artificial sweetener, or perhaps try using SF maple syrup in its place.

Thanks so much for all of your help. Quick question are sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds allowed in somersizing? I didn't think they were.
I will go to the other site and try to find more recipes. I love the taste of the fresh whole wheat bread!
