Default Every Day I'm Struggling!

I really want to come back to the low carb fold, but I feel broken! I feel so addicted to sugar and wheat. Half of me wants to step away and feel good again, and half of me wants to curl up with the crap and forget everything else.

Eeee, I have a problem!

I'm not stalking you, I promise! Lol! I just finished posting in your journal. Anyway, I can completely sympathize and every time I fail, I feel worse and worse about myself, which increases the likelihood that I'll make another bad decision. I don't have any answers. Just support.

Ha! I love you have another poster in Japan on this site.
Aw, I read some of your journal and I think you are doing great.
All of us have had those feelings of being on the fence about committing.

But it sounds like you've gone thru a major life change with the move between Japanese locations, from one place where you had close friends to a new place with acquaintances. Not to mention finding foods that support the low carb woe.

This weekend, I want to give myself a lot of the healthy foods that I really enjoy. When I feel deprived, I tend to go face first into crap food.

Hope you don't mind but I took that out of your J. I think this is a brilliant way to support success - I have to do same thing. Plan, buy, eat enough of the healthy stuff etc. It will click. We are multi-faceted beings and you have many things happening.

I've been using this WOE since 1972 to control my weight and I still have the same struggle. These doubts are cyclical and I wonder if they ever go away for good.

Thank you, GreekRibs and bluesinger! So far, this healthy food weekend has been going well. I'm realizing there are a lot of lovely foods that I've been depriving myself of the other way - meat, coconut, etc.
