The push-ups continue...
Barely managed 1 x 10 on Saturday, but did 3 x 10 today. Wanted to do more, ie crunches and some weights, but Mr Back asked me not to.

Dumbbell Kickbacks 5kg 1x12, 2x15
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5kg 1x8, 1x7

Interspersed with walking and rebounding. Total workout time: 60 minutes. Am very proud of myself. Now to keep it up...

BB Straight-back Straight-leg Deadlift 16kg 1x9..back too sore for more
DB Upright Row 5kg 2x8
DB Concentration Curl 5kg 2x9

Total workout time - 50 minutes. Not bad considering I have a headache.
