Any M & E Fast Experts???
Ok. I am officially stalled. I have been stuck at the same weight Since Jan. 10th. I have got to do something to kick start the downward climb again. I have decided to do a meat and egg fast, but was wondering if any of you have any suggestions or tips to make it work optimally. I'm sure I am not the only one to ever stall. I am also adding more exercise. Is this a good time of am I shooting myself in the foot by doing both of these together? Any tips would be appreciated.
Before you jump into a meat and egg fast post a couple of your typical daily menus. A few slight changes to those might jump start your loss again. Skipping out on veggies is always a bad idea so make sure you have tried ABSOLUTELY everything else first. Plus most of what you will lose is water weight that comes right back after you start eating regular again. Are you keeping track of your measurements, just because the scale isn't going down doesn't mean your size isn't.
There is a really in-depth thread on the M/E fast in the Triple Digits forum so you might want to check there.
That being said, I agree wholeheartedly with Pandora. It isn't the greatest idea to skip your veggies in the sake of quick weight loss. How about posting a few menus just to see if someone can catch something. It's amazing how others can see things that we cannot with regard to our own diets!

I agree with Pandora. Keep in mind also that you are not truly stalled unless you have been sticking with the plan (no cheats) and have not seen a loss in pounds or inches for a period of 4-6 weeks.
