Default I cheated!!!!

So I cheated yesterday. I had a really bad day and I had some ice cream. I know that is not an excuse. My question is do I have to start back on induction since I had LOTS of sugar?

You know what I do when I cheat like that? I do go back on induction for just a couple of days. That way I use all that sugar I ate :-) But really, you don't HAVE to...it is just a guilt thing

It will help you get cravings in check and you will lose more weight faster.

Have you done a clean 2 week induction?

You're not alone..... I had two of the worst cheating things I could have... donuts. *&*()##!!!

And yes I feel absolutely horrible.

But that was today. Tomorrow is new day to regain control.
