Good grief I'm ALMOST back at my monthly HIGH (249) today:247
AND I binged in the afternoon. However, the binging has not continued. Still it's hasn't been a pretty picture this last few days. I'm sure it's the stress what with the coronavirus issues etc., then my brother Tim is finishing his chemo, and it's hard to see him go through it. After one more treatment we will learn if the cancer is cleared or not. If it is he will likely have his bladder removed.

Main aftereffect of binging yesterday was heartburn and foggy brain. Since it was a lower calorie/carb binge (1000 calories, about 250 carbs) than ones I used to have where I consumed thousands of calories, and I didn't eat much for dinner, my weight stayed the same since yesterday.

VERY encouraged I could tolerate eating some raw greens and also a little coconut oil. That shows healing of my gut.
