Question CALP and IF Question

It seems to me that eating twice a day, as when doing IF, and following the CALP accurately are pretty much the same thing, except CALP usually involves a few more carbs. Are any of you "sort of" watching your carbs on your RM?
I try to keep mine at 60 grams or less.

Thanks for your input!

hi-
I don't count carbs at all- but I do balance with the protein and veggies.
