Smile Hello - Second day on Low carb diet

Hello fellow low carbers....

I am here in the hope of being able to meet similar minded people who are ready to motivate each other to shift these pounds....

I am following a low carb diet to see if this helps with weight loss. So far so good as I have lost 2 lbs since Sunday and of course I have along way to go, but it is a start.

Tonight I also had a breakthrough. I made a chicken curry with grated cauliflower instead of rice and I could not tell the difference. Amazing!

Hope to meet some lovely dieters and please count on me if you need some support.

Thank you... I am going to give it a try, it is about making lifestyle choices more than dieting but I do hope I lose some weight too. I have IBS and this seems the best way to combat it x Thanks and good luck back on the low carb
