Default Newbie from The Netherlands

Hi!
I am an American living in The Netherlands. I am a newbie of Somersizing. I am still waiting on her book to arrive so I am depending on the online info I can find here. I have been a weight watcher for years but it just doesn't work for me anymore so I figured a change may help and I liked what I have read about Somerzing so I figured I would give it a try.
So far I have not eatten potatoes, pasta, white bread, and no caffeine drinks in over 3 weeks. When I get a urge for something sweet I op for dark/pure chocolate and that seems to satisfy me. I have lost 3 kilos so far! That's about 6 lbs I think.
Its not easy dieting over here as many foods do not list the ingrediants. So I use my best judgement on choosing--for example: the darkest bread on the shelf.
Are there any other somersizers over here in Europe?
Keep Well!
