Default yay!

I think i've lost about 15 lbs. in the past month! I have been doing "my own" plan forever now, with veryyyyy slow loss, mostly none (basically the changes in my body were because of weightlifting) So (with new years, of course, after massive x-mas cheating) i bought the fat flush plan and incorporated some of the principles into my day. And (this is a very "yes, i knew that" should have known better thing...) i cut out alcohol except for 1-2 days a week. The alcohol part is always hard for me because of my social life (and DH & I love a bottle of wine with dinner-- he's an amazing cook-) Wow! I have been trying on clothes that were super tight on me, and they all fit now, some are loose! The best part is that i'm not starving OR eating badly (i have a very all or nothing mindframe, which sucks for many things, including dieting) I really hope i can keep this up. One of my motivations is that if i can do this now (excluding alcohol and staying healthy,) then i can maybe be pregnant in a year or so...I would really like to be, and preparing for that is, i guess, a better motivation than just to be skinny.
