Newbie here, almost at goal!!
Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in and introduce myself. I am 2 pounds to goal and it seems I'm in a stall. I have been here before so I know it will break sooner or later and I hesitate to do fasting or anything that is really low cal/low carb for a kick start because I have read so much about how it messes with our bodies when we don't eat enough; like eating really low calories, and from experience I KNOW I can't lose anything eating very low carb/zero carb.
Well, that's my life right now in a nutshell and I look forward to reading and learning from all the other posters on here.
