Egg/Chickensalad
I'm sure someone has thought of this, but today I was making lunch for the week. I had a big 1/2+ pound chicken breast and five eggs. I put them all in the food processor with some mayo, dijon mustard, and a couple shakes of yellow curry powder (I'm sure paprika would be divine as well). It's almost like a mousse consistency and VERY satisfying and filling. Easy to take to work. I had about a quarter cup today (the recipe made just over 3 cups) and I'm set until dinner!

5 Eggs
1/4 cup or so of mayo
2 TB dijon mustard to taste
Yellow curry or paprika
