Plan: Keto
Stats: 195/145/150 Male 6'0"
BF:
Progress:
Default Near-Zero Flaxmeal Bread Loaf

100g (About 2) Whole Large Eggs
340g (About 1 1/2 Cups) Egg Whites
170g (About 1 1/2 Cups) Flaxmeal
20g (1 Scoop) Protein [Whey/Soy]
1 tsp Baking Powder

Additions:
Cinnamon
Splenda
Cocoa Powder

Those quantities will produce a large loaf. I use a 4x10" mold or so--MAKE SURE TO GREASE IT. And it gets 3" thick or more. You have to bake at a high temperature (450 Fahrenheit) for a good 25-30 mins.

If you want a really good bread that can be used for anything, add 4 Splenda Packets and a few tsp of cinnamon. However, you can make it like a chocolate cake by adding more eggs/egg whites (to make it more moist) and adding lots of cocoa powder and 2-3x the Splenda.
