I just noticed this existed.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday I did an hour of water arobics
Tues and Thursday I parked about 1/2 mile from work and walked, including lots of steps.
Today Im going to at least a mile WATP tape.
I keep forgetting that I have this. Went to the pool yesterday to arobics class for an hour. Great exercise. Parked in the far lot at the hospital and walked to the office about a mile and 3 flights of steps up.
