Default Dr. Daniel Amen-- a brain doctors advice on food as medicine 💊

https://youtu.be/DZZcfld1-dQ

Many are not aware of Dr Amen. He is a down to earth doctor that bucks the system. Wrote a book called Healing ADD that put a clinical how-to in the layman's hands because diagnosis AND treatment has been historically abysmal.

Dr Amen has been my go-to for brain health for my ADD child. He was 100% spot on with OTC options and diagnosis. His book at about $20 is well worth every penny.

He has become more focused on food and diet as a base for improving brain function.

Yes, he is my hero.

( Recently encountered from another source that low Vitamin D3 during pregnancy is a cause of ADD and autism.)
