Default Charles Clark

Hi all!

I bought the Charles Clark book yesterday and was pretty impressed....it's a bit more flexible than Atkins so i'm gonna switch! - bit of bread, peas, carrots, uses tiny amounts of sugar, milk and flour in rcipes - unlimited veggies!

Is anyone else following his plan? - what do you think of it?- lost anything?

Best regards

Ax

I switched to charles clark as well. Find it much easier to stick to with no cheating. Loss is a little slower but i think that's down to me only having to lose a stone. The good thing is i haven't put any weight on and i have a slice of wholemeal toast with scrambled eggs every morning! Yummy! I highly recommend it. Alos the soups are great i have them everyday for lunch.

Good luck and enjoy all the yummy food,

Tammy

If Charles Clark had any sense he'd be using me as a walking advert for his written work. I have followed it for all of 2004 (1st anniversdary in January) and have lost 80lbs so far. It has utterly and completely changed my life.

You get the best of both words on CC - I still get to eat all of the Atkins products as well but am not denying myself he occasional piece of wholemeal bread, as well as getting in my five portions of veg (most days).

Not knocking Atkins in any way - it was Atkins that opened the door to mainstream low carb living - just find it easier myself to follow Charles Clark.
