This is encouraging; however, there are several statements in the article with which I strongly disagree related to long-term advantages and compliance. Typical of the author dutifully reporting "perceived" pros and cons without any detailed experience or knowledge.

Maybe they should check in with D'Agostino, Seyfried, the clinical experiences of Wilder starting in 1921, and others who have significant experience in studies and treatments in these areas. Many articles report on keto as new, and it's hardly that. What's new are RCTs that confirm many benefits.
