Default Second time trying Atkins

Hi, this is my second time trying Atkins for weight loss. The first time I lost 39 pounds in 4 months and felt great but about a year after going off the diet I gained all my weight back. Hoping to stick with it this time around

Low carb eating is a way of eating. You can continue eat this way for life. It is not a diet but a healthy way of eating. Good choices. That’s what’s it’s about. Keep in touch with members of this forum. We’ve all been where you are we understand and are here for you. I start my day eat morning drinking my java with these guys and gals and reading their stories and comments. Very inspiring and keeps me in the straight and narrow and in a positive direction. Stay strong and Good Luck.

I second what Ms.Arielle said. You have to make it a way of life. You go back to your old way of eating, you will gain it back. Simple fact, and We’ve all done it.
