My advice would be to follow the plan and let the weight take care of itself!

Each morning when you awaken, totally erase whatever you ate in the past, and treat this as a NEW day when you'll make the best ever CMs and RM. Treat each day as Day 1 of your diet plan, and try to make it as healthy as possible.

Plan ahead - I've got a stash of low-carb goodies in my purse, at work, in my fridge, etc. Since you've got to avoid carbs 23 hours of the day, it really helps to have some low-carb food on hand to avoid reaching for carby junk food instead. I also try to plan my reward meals in advance so that I can buy the necessary ingredients & be ready to go make it for dinnertime that week. Basically anything that makes the CALP way of eating more convenient helps to avoid the temptation to just go w/some quick processed food instead.

all good advise, especially about each day being the 1st day on the program -nothing worst than guilt is there. Clean slate.
