i`ve sensed some boredom in some posts around this site,here is a great simple dip good for LEAN cuts of meat ,chicken& fish... i dreamed this up looking for a way to UP the fat content of the wild game i love to eat, equal parts mayo,&sourcream...and wasabi paste(japanese horseradish) it is very pungent so add in to your likeing...it will clean your sinuses..it is also good on raw vegies,, i also put a little fresh cracked black pepper in it but it`s optional,, hope you all like ,thanks for all the help on my journey,matt
