4 Chips Ahoy Cookies
Hi there,
I ate 4 cookies on Sunday which are not part of a Low Carb diet.....Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip
I enjoyed them, and as I've not been very hungry recently, I didn't each much else that day. Since then, I've been enjoying my normal foods and got another compliment today about how I look, and that I've lost weight.
I must remember to up the water intake, apart from that (and the cookies) things are going well. I'm not upset at myself but very congnisant of any feelings or cravings that may creep in - none so far.
I weigh in on Friday and if I continue feeling slim as I do today, I think I will see a drop in the scale, but clothes themselves are feeling a wee bit looser. Last week I reported no change in weight or size, so fingers crossed something will shift this week.
