Default Water retention ???

Hepl!! I was up 4 lbs this morning!!! O #~%*! I know it is water retention because my rings are not as loose as usual, but my lips feel dry like I'm dehydrated. How can you flood and dry out internally at the same time???
One part of my mind says "don't sweat the gain, it's only water" and the other part say" Let's Eat!!"
Today I had my 60-80 oz of water. Yesterday I only had about 60.

Post Water

It doesn't seem to make sense, but the only way to lose water weigt is to drink more water. It's sort of like if your body feels like it will be able to get all the water it needs, it doesn't retain it. Hang in there!
