Default Chicken wing seasonings or sauces?? Please

Hello. So far I have done the dip in egg and dredge in parmesan cheese, yummy and I also take hot sauce and put it into ranch dressing. I also have a low carb BBQ sauce, but I want to find other sauces/seasonings to keep me from getting bored. Any suggestions greatly appreciated? Happy LoCarbing!!

Smile buffalo wings

A roommate I had from Buffalo showed me how she makes Buffalo wings: She rinses the wings in cold water, lets them air dry on a paper towel (or blots them once and then lets them air dry), deep fries them in some hot oil (I think I'd use this little fry-daddy electric deep fryer I have; it may be called 'fry-baby'). Meanwhile, she has some warm butter or margarine with hot sauce (tabasco or something similar) mixed in it - you regulate how 'hot' it gets - waiting in a pan. Take the cooked fried chicken wings out when they are done and drain on a paper towel. Then, while still warm, dip them in the margarine/tabasco mixture. The tabasco type sauce she used had the words 'red-hot' in it, I think, and I've used it, I just can't remember the name! Put the spicy butter drenched wings out with crisp celery sticks and make your own bleu cheese dressing (no sugar) and you have a yummy appetizer or even an entree.

I don't make them at home, but when I order them at a restaurant, most places do 'dry Cajun.' Pretty much what it sounds like: they're fried, then doused with lots of Cajun spice.

My fave is SO simple. Deepfried plain (wash and dry well, first). Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper as soon as they're out, pretty generously. Yum. Salt & Pepper Wings, with a side of chunky blue cheese dip and celery stalks.
