Yeah.........lots of water is a good thing.........I think it's 8 glasses plus one extra for each extra 25 lbs you are carrying~

Actually, I was in the Keys over the weekend and had an awesome time. I'm trying to get myself adjusted to be back in the "real world".

Not easy to get back in the swing of things after a nice break. Hope you are doing well.

I'm hanging in there. Not feeling very well. I think I got too much sun. I just got back to work from lunch. I go home for lunch and it was SO HARD to come back. I feel very lucky that I'm close enough to be able to go to the Keys or the West Coast for a weekend. The Keys is my favorite place in the world. So relaxing...

Coral Springs is alot closer than where I am to the Keys. Do you go there at all? It's my sanctuary to get away.
