Hi Jessica!!! Small world huh? Actually, i was born in Homestead, Florida and lived there until 11 years ago. Right now we live very near the beaches and yes, i know where the Navy base is...we are very close to there. How cool!

Yes, i am doing Atkins, and have hit a stall. *sigh* Trying not to be depressed, started exercising seriously, (belly dancing actually!!), and hopefully that will nudge me on...

I didn't know anything about a cruise, but i think that is very kewl!! Maybe next time...

My Dad lives in Pompano. I'm starting my 4th day of Atkins and have dropped 4lbs in those 3 days. I hope this keeps up. I'm a sugar and carb. addict so believe me I'll need all the support I can get if those old cravings kick in!!! Nice to meet you!
