I had jury duty yesterday and was not required to show up until 12:30 p.m. I was there a total of five minutes before my name was called and I was excused. Apparently the case was settled and we were all allowed to go our own way!

Since I was already in town, I decided to hit a few thrift stores. I found the following VHS for a quarter, which I copied onto a DVD so I can use it in my computer whenever I am not at home.

I really enjoyed it and believe it is now my favorite!

I forgot to check in when I finished my workout, but I did get it done!

Leslie Sansone, Walk at Home, Walk Slim, Fast & Firm! 4 Really Big Miles w/toning band.
Mile 1: Get Started with a 15 minute mile
Mile 2: Faster pace - a 12 minute mile
Mile 3: BOOSTED walking - a 10 minute mile
Mile 4: Add the firm Band for a big muscle BOOST - 15 minute mile
I completed all 4 miles with the firm band!
2010: 321 miles!
August goal: 51 miles!
