No Mandy today. Had a trainer that I used to do body pump with years ago. Real surprise. Had a great session today.

Had a good session with Mandy today. The water was rather cold and full of chlorine!

Had a great session today with Lisa. Water was cold, but I warmed up doing the exercises. The water level was lower and for a change my shoulders were out of the water!

Good to be back. Had a good session with Kirk, although it was mainly arms and shoulder toning. Water was OK, but the pool was fuller than usual and came above my shoulders.
