Default running music I thought I'd share

I found this site today http://www.djsteveboy.com/1day25k.html
and I thought I'd share.

I normally don't run but I tested out the week one and I must say I am impressed!
The mp3 is 30mins long and in that time I walked/jogged 4Km and it was the easiest 4Km I have ever done. This is outdoor running too which is much Much MUCH harder than treadmill running. When I used to run in the gym, I'm struggling after 2Km listening to the bland gym music. But with this, it was a piece of LC cake

Thank you Deity! I actually just do a brisk walk, but I can pull some BPM-appropriate tracks from that.

Music ALWAYS makes me able to do more. I get bored quickly without it.

Thanks again.

WOW! Thank you for sharing. I have wanted to get back into running and I think this would be perfect. This is very do-able! I'm going to download it and I think I will start tomorrow. Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing this! I'm just starting to incorporate exercise, and these tracks gave me a great soundtrack for dancing around my kitchen with a can of Progresso soup in each hand! Gotta start somewhere, right?
