Question A quick question

Hi, I just went shopping, i start my diet tomorrow.....
my question is, as for squash, does it have to be speg. squash or can it be regular squash, cuz i brought some home and my bf said, that isnt speg squash.....just wondering if i shouldnt make it if its not speg squash.

Hi the book just says green and yellow squash, I always use what is called summer squash. When I was on induction I found it much easier to follow this link with my food.

if it is a winter type squash like butternut then no you can't have it on induction. Stick to spaghetti, zucchini, yellow summer squash. The orange thick one's are equilivant to sweet potatos.
