I have worked out since I last logged but didn't enter it. I can't remember what days I worked out. Not everyday but a few days each week.

WHAT???? April 22nd was the last time I posted here!!! Sigh, it happened, I stopped working out like I was.

I've worked out some here and there but nothing like I was before. I'm sooooo frustrated with myself right now!!!!

Moderate intensity
I was sweating so that's good I guess.

Well! I would be discouraged looking at my workout dates here BUT...happy to say I have been working out faithfully since the 1st of July.

Jillian Michael's 30 day shred ~ Today is my 23rd day! Yay.
Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk ~ 5-6 days per week.

Thankfully I am losing inches. I'm back into my size 10's and feeling soooooooo good about that.

I finally finished my 30 days of Jillian's Shred.

Wow, that was an amazing workout. The 1st pic is a week into the Shred, the 2nd the last day of the Shred. I can see the difference, not huge but I didn't gain weight in 30 days I can't expect to be super fit in 30 days either. I'm so much stronger now. I can see that the shirt pulls down further now. It's the same one in a different color.

I just started another program. I'm now doing Slim in 6. It has a lot of lunges/squats, we'll see how that works out for me. It seems hard on the knees.
