I finally finished my 30 days of Jillian's Shred.
Wow, that was an amazing workout. The 1st pic is a week into the Shred, the 2nd the last day of the Shred. I can see the difference, not huge but I didn't gain weight in 30 days I can't expect to be super fit in 30 days either. I'm so much stronger now. I can see that the shirt pulls down further now. It's the same one in a different color.
I just started another program. I'm now doing Slim in 6. It has a lot of lunges/squats, we'll see how that works out for me. It seems hard on the knees.
