Hello to all

Just introducing myself and finding my way around this great website and forum.

I am ready for change. Just hit 50 and am fat and tired - the weight didn't worry me before and it didn't stop me doing all the things I wanted to but I have a severe foot injury and it has all become difficult for me so I am going to drop 2 stone and see how I feel.

Have read Diabetes Code this week and feel very inspired to do this so here goes...…..

Any support is greatly appreciated.
