In particular, I do like spring onions, celery, leeks and new discovery; fennel bulb fried in olive oil with little garlic with bacon. Parsley and rocket to garnish, odd tomato, raddish and I did sneak an apple and a pear. Pee sticks say I've been in ketosis whole time.
