Default Leg cramps anyone ?

Hello. I'm new to Low-Carbers forum but not the diet.
Fighting Candida since 1994 - at least.

I found this thread yesterday whilst looking for help with leg cramps :-

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=124268

Tried 60g Zinc.

No obvious benefit yet but maybe it takes time.

Thoughts anyone ?

I take about 1/4 teaspoon of a diet salt in a little water at the end of the day if I've been sweating a lot. I think it is half salt and half potassium. The cramp problem went away as soon as I started doing this.

I definetely went through this. Drinking enough water based drinks (not diet mt dew) and taking my chelated magnesium has made this disappear. Best wishes. Cramps in the night are miserable.
