The BP coffee yesterday morning did allow me to stave off eating until noon yesterday. I'm trying to jump-start getting myself back into ketosis by going very very low carb. Seems to be helping with the weight but, once again, I woke up STARVING this morning. Being hungry in the mornings is simply not normal for me. I almost never ate breakfast even back when I weighed 265 lbs. Hoping the morning hungries are not signifying a change in metabolism (for the worse) for me. I have been pretty sedentary this winter so really need to get back into some sort of regular exercise routine.
Congrats to Nihold! 3 pounds gone already this month. That's deserves a round of cheers!
And Robyn, can I ask what your last column of numbers means? Sorry to be out of the loop but I'm trying to catch up.
