Thank you everyone for joining in. Some old nicknames, and some new faces. Remember, tomorrow is the big day. I wont be at my computer tomorrow before we leave, but I WILL be at my scale. I'll post my weight when I get home, the evening of the third.

I'd just like to talk a moment to the new faces, if I can. This is not a challenge. It is a committment, to weigh on the First of every month, and come here shortly after and post your weight, whatever the results are, whether its good, bad or ugly. We dont judge here. Or I'd be the first one everyone could point at. Just come back regularily and post that weight.
The last few years we've had many jump on board, and only a few are still standing at the end of the year. So, please, just keep coming back.
